Thomas M. Hart III
Tom Hart is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Jonah Energy, LLC, an acquisition-focused oil and gas company that is a major producer of natural gas in the Rocky Mountain region. Tom was previously a senior officer of El Paso Corporation, a Fortune 500 energy company, where his responsibilities included acquisitions and divestitures, corporate development, strategy and planning. He began his career as a corporate and securities attorney in Houston.
Tom holds a BA from Trinity University, a JD from the University of Texas School of Law and an MBA from UT’s McCombs Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Board of Directors of Oiltanking Partners, LP and the Advisory Board of the Trinity University School of Business, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
Tom and his wife Elizabeth are both originally from San Antonio, where they now live. They have two children, including a senior at Keystone.
