Full-time History Instructor

Keystone School seeks a full-time History Instructor with a start date of August 6, 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year.  We welcome applicants committed to teaching history in an accelerated environment. 
 
Required qualifications and experience include:
 
•        A commitment to Keystone School's mission
•        Three to five years history teaching experience
•    Experience teaching pre-AP World and AP US History
•        Exceptional oral and written communication skills
•        Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
•        Understanding of developmental stages in adolescence 
•        Ability to plan and work with department and division colleagues
 
Preferred qualifications include:
•             Experience working with advanced and gifted students
•             Experience with other social science electives like regional studies or economics
