College Guidance

College Guidance

Dear Keystone Parent, Student, or Community Member,

Keystone School’s college guidance program is designed to help students and their families identify and obtain admission to suitable colleges. Aspects of this program include informational meetings with students and families beginning in Middle School, management of the school’s part of the applications process, informing students about appropriate standardized tests, gathering of information about need and merit-based scholarships, one-to-one counseling of juniors and their parents, preparation of the college counselor letter and preparation of recommendation letters required by colleges.

Regardless of the time of year or of the student’s grade level, Mrs. Elizondo and I are always willing to make individual appointments with families to discuss college goals, to counsel on standardized testing, to advise on course, extracurricular and non-school activities, and to assist in the planning of college visits. I hope you will contact me if you need anything. Please go to the College Counseling Calendar to learn about scheduled events and college admission officer visits to Keystone.

Best wishes to the class of 2008!

Sincerely,
Jessica Cihal
