Join your fellow Keystone alumni for a virtual cooking demonstration on Sunday April 18th featuring an evening with John and Elise Russ, the owners and culinary power couple who own the critically acclaimed Clementine!
John and Elise will lead a cooking demo and lesson via Zoom from 4pm to 6pm, and then you’ll have time to enjoy your creations during an informational get together from 6-7 pm led by Alumni Council members Victoria Shum Bush ’00, and Toya Bell ’83.
Once you register for the event, you will receive a recipe and shopping list, so you can participate from anywhere!
The menu for the evening will include English pea hummus, whipped Bulgarian feta, pepita pesto and tomato confit. If you’re in the San Antonio area, you can also purchase a bottle of wine from Clementine that has been paired to meal. Cost to attend is $50 per person.
