Library update
Work on the library continues and right now, it’s a construction project filled with boxes, saws, drills and air compressors.
“It’s noisy but exciting!” Librarian Mrs. Vilagi says.
She offers this update:
- Electrical work continues on outlets and ceiling light prep, and light fixtures should arrive in a few weeks.
- Books from the Lower School Library remain in boxes and she hopes to begin shelving them in mid-September.
- A new large floor-to-ceiling custom bookshelf is being built downstairs for middle- and upper school age books.
- New furniture for upstairs and downstairs should arrive in mid- to late September.
The Library should be able to welcome students for classes in about 3 weeks. At that point, it will still be a work in progress.
Keep watching the Communiqué and Keystone social media for progress updates and Library happenings.
