Master Payne going to martial arts hall of fame

Congratulations to Master Rhonda Payne. The owner of House of Payne, who works with our Little School students, is being inducted in the Korean Martial Arts Hall of Fame in July.

And she was featured on WOAI this week. In the story, she demonstrates a throw, and has a student demonstrate one with TV host Cleto Rodriguez.
