Sophomore presents lesson at STEM event
During a three-day celebration of education and career opportunities in “STEM” – science, technology, engineering, and mathematics – sophomore Shreya presented a lesson using electro-coagulation to make clean water.
She’s one of Keystone’s Chief Science Officers and participated in the 10th annual CORE4 STEM Program, sponsored by the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In her role as Chief Science Office, she aims to promote student voices in STEM and encourage others to foster their interests in related fields.
The recently concluded expo brings students, parents, and educators together with high-profile STEM professionals, corporations, government agencies, universities, and colleges.
