Upper School students explore on Outdoor Education trips
For a week, the 9th graders were the big students on campus. At least until the sophomores, juniors and seniors returned from their class trips.
The seniors spent a week on the Florida Gulf Coast for wetlands research, marine biology instruction, and a celebration of their final year at Keystone.
Juniors went to the Washington, D.C. area to visit Civil War battle sites, hike in the Shenandoah National Park and explore museums.
Sophomores went to Yosemite to study the park’s ecosystem.
The freshmen already took their trip, a weeklong excursion to the Pacific Northwest at Olympic National Park.
